Kerper’s Gun Shop LLC has been a family-owned and operated business since 1956. The company originated in a single room within Edwin and Mary Kerper’s home on Richmond Road in Fleetwood, PA. Following Edwin’s passing, Mary continued to oversee operations with support from her son Edward until her retirement.
In 1981, Edward and his wife Beth relocated the business to their property on Oaklyn Drive, just outside Bowmansville.
During this time, their daughter Cheryl acquired valuable experience working with Edward, while Trish helped with various administrative responsibilities.
Upon Ed’s retirement, Cheryl succeeded him as the third-generation proprietor of Kerper’s Gun Shop.
In 2010, Ed and Beth decided to sell their Oaklyn Drive property, which led Cheryl to relocate the business to its current spot on Route 625 in Bowmansville.
Following this move, Kerper’s Gun Shop has grown significantly, and has expanding into archery thanks to the ongoing support of our loyal customers.
