Refunds will be issued withing 3-5 business days after the item has been received by us.
FIREARM RETURNS:
Please be sure to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE transferring. Once transferred, they are considered used even if unfired. Returns are not accepted for transferred firearms, and we do not reimburse FFL transfer fees.
We will only accept returns on firearms that are damaged during shipment or have a manufacturer defect.
- Returns will not be accepted on any item that is NOT defective. Please order carefully!
- You must notify us within ten (10) days of delivery with pictures of the defect(s).
- The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging with all materials and accessories.
- You must obtain an RMA number from us, and the firearm needs to be shipped to the address included with the RMA.
- In most cases a shipping label will be provided to your FFL dealer in order for them to facilitate the return.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- If you return the item for a refund that had free shipping, a normal shipping charge of $20 may be deducted from the refund.
- Some distributors may charge a $50 re-stocking fee, even for damaged items. If applicable, you will be notified, and this fee will be deducted from the refund.
- In most cases – it may be easier to contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.
- A refund will NOT be issued for any item that does not meet these criteria.
* If a defect is discovered AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (please check the manufacturer’s warranty policy).
* In the case of failed background checks, original shipping charges are NOT refunded, and customers will be responsible for return shipping. These orders will be subject to a $50 restocking fee.
NON-FIREARM RETURNS:
- You must contact us within ten (10) days of delivery date and provide pictures of the defect.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Any item that has been installed or mounted cannot be returned. (Most items have a manufacturer warranty; please contact the manufacturer for any post-installation issues.)
- You must contact us for an RMA number and write the number on the package.
- You must return the goods to the location specified in the RMA. Any goods shipped to the incorrect location will incur additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any goods returned to the wrong address.
- A brief description of the problem must be included in the package with the item.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.

- If a shipping label is not provided, all returns must be prepaid. CODs are not accepted.
